You will have 24/7 access to see where your transaction is at, what remains to be done, and see exactly what’s going on day by day. I carry tools with me to every showing, including a moisture meter, to try to know as much about the home as I can up front. Plus, after initially going under contract, I am able to refer you to high-quality, professional inspectors. Every home — and I do mean every home — contains defects. Some of them can be serious. I do what I can to identify and solve these on the front end, so you’re not surprised by anything after you move in.
