I live and work in the Orlando and Tampa metro areas, where I have spent most of my life. My father is an architect, and my mother was a saleswoman, so I suppose selling residential real estate was always going to be a fit.

My job, as I see it, is to make your transaction as stress-free and safe as I possibly can. To accomplish that, I have spent the time and money to educate myself in a way that very, very few realtors have. I have studied property condition issues and their remedies in detail. I have taken courses in property appraisal and negotiation as well, adding classroom learning to the knowledge gained from my years of experience. In 2022, I became a “certified residential specialist”, the highest designation available to residential agents, and something only 2% of the industry possesses. To reduce your stress, I also try to remain in touch on a very frequent basis with my clients. To that end, I have custom-built systems in place to both keep things on track and keep you fully informed of what’s going on in your purchase or sale. When I’m not working, I’m often found on the mats, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I have a black belt in the lineage of Carlson Gracie and Rinaldo Santos. And, I try to support the local BJJ community through my work, sponsoring local athletes and lending a hand teaching classes.
